How-To and Tips

Set up Wake Up time

Start with setting up the wake up time just a couple minutes later than your child's natural wake up time. Once everything is ready, press "Start".

Set It Up for Success

Place your device where your baby can easily see the screen from their bed. Ensure it’s out of reach for safety, but positioned so the red and green cues are clearly visible. Explain that morning begins when the clock changes color to green. Don’t go into baby room or engage with them before the clock signals it’s time..

Don't get discouraged!

Talk with your baby, even if they’re very young, and calmly explain the meaning of the red and green colors. Say things like, “Red means it’s time to rest,” or “Green means we can get up and play!” Over time, your baby will start to understand and respond to these cues, making sleep training smoother for everyone.

Be Consistent with the Rules
